Jeffrey Freight Lines a leader in trucking in RGV is searching for Operation & Planning to work in a Trucking environment.
We are currently looking for a person that has a good attention to details to work in our McAllen, TX office. You must be focused, positive and professional.

JOB TITLE: Operation Specialist

KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Registering customer on the system
• Managing, Reviewing Proof of Delivery documentation and scanning to input data
• Generates billing invoice with appropriate computer systems and send invoices to customers.
• Communicate with Dispatch and Shipping Department to ensure orders are picked, loaded and shipped in an accurate and timely manner
• Managing the drivers salary
• Record and maintain files of pick-up/delivery information, truck breakdowns, expenses , and proofs of deliveries
• Monthly closing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
• Computer knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
• Experience in trucking and Logistics is a big +
• Bilingual Spanish is also a big +
• Data Entry – alpha numeric

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
