As an office manager, you will manage one of our two offices in Austin and support our instructors, students, and parents in a joint effort to helping our students succeed!
Position: Office Manager
Location: Northwest Austin (Research Blvd) or West Lake Hills (Bee Caves / Loop 360)
Job Description:
1. Registration & student database maintenance
2. Scheduling
3. Managing student progress
4. Bookkeeping & billing
5. Updating website, social media, and advertisements
6. Answering phones and receiving customers at the front desk
7. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by directors
Qualifications:
1. Current college student or college graduate (Bachelor's preferred, but not required)
2. Organized, detail oriented, and good at multi-tasking
3. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Adobe
5. Prior front desk experience preferred
6. Graphic design and web design experience a plus
7. Fluency in Korean or Chinese is a plus
8. Must have own reliable transportation and be eligible to work in the US
Work Hours:
Spring/Fall Semester Hours: Tues-Fri 2pm-9pm, Sat 8:45am-6pm
Summer Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-7:30pm(work hours will vary)
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience
Position Type: Full-time salary position; Part-time position also available
